Three things make the reply fast

1. How many: one, two, or a group.
2. When: what time tonight, how long you plan to stay, overnight or not.
3. Budget: roughly what you want to spend per person, in MOP.

Copy this and send it:

What you get back

• The two venues that fit tonight, each with the real price — service charge already in.
• Opening and closing times, whether rooms are free, whether there will be a queue.
• The pickup point and time for the transfer.
• If your budget and expectations do not meet, we say so rather than getting you there first.

Response times

Usually within minutes. Between 03:00 and 10:00 it is slower, but anything about the same night is answered that night.
